This Privacy Notice describes how Solutions Construct Ltd. processes personal data in connection with the informational website scbuilder.eu. The website presents the company and its construction services. It does not operate user accounts, online ordering, newsletters or automated profiling.

2. Data processed and purposes

Enquiries by e-mail

If you contact us by e-mail, we process the name, e-mail address, company information and any other personal data included in your message. The purpose is to answer the enquiry, prepare possible cooperation and maintain business communication.

The legal basis is taking steps at the data subject’s request prior to entering into a contract, performance of a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, as applicable under Article 6(1)(b) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Technical server data

When the website is visited, the hosting system may temporarily record technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested page, browser information and error logs. Processing is necessary for secure and reliable website operation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
